Standard Returns (All Customers) We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. Sale items are non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period is extended over weekends and public holidays.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request before the withdrawal period expires.
Once we receive your returned item(s) in original condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, log in to your account and submit a cancellation request via your Orders page.
