We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at lifehappystoresupport@gmail.com. Please note that you will not have to return the product/s.
If your refund is accepted, you will receive your refund within approximately 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You'll also need to send a clear photo of the damage on the item or items
Cancellations
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled and can only be refunded once you have received the product/s
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You may only receive refunds on sale items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item/s.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get a refund on the item you have, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging if you wish to receive a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
